(Proposed Boy’s Quarter At Owerri in Imo State, Nigeria)

A simple design of ‘’Boy’s Quarters’’ for a little plot of land which is 8700x3000mm (27x8ft)in size, the structure is to cover the whole land with a little set back of 300mm (1ft) at each side of the site where there is residential building before now.  The structure will be located at Owerri in Imo State, Nigeria.

The structure proposed contain the following spaces:

1. A ware house.
2. Living Room.
3. Bedroom &
4. Kitchen.

It was not an easy task customizing a structure with these features/attributes in the plot given, it was a successful one.
