This Three Bedroom block of flat is located somewhere at Oleh in Isoko South Local Government Area, Delta State. This design was done early 2018 but due to the fact that our web was concluded not long ago that’s why we have not published it.

Each space was treated according to it’s function, the spaces include the ante- room, living room, dining, kitchen, pantry, store, laundry, and three rooms all having a w.c, the rooms are up to standard rooms (3600mmx3600mm), the structure was designed so that there will be natural light without artificial source. The space for the bathroom/toilet has a duct for piping there by reducing the cost of maintenance.

It was not an easy task customizing this structure in a plot of land measuring 150000x30000mm but it was a successful one though there complications meeting with business terms.
