This proposed building design is is to be developed at Oyede Community, in Isoko North Local Government Area Delta State
the size of the land was little bit challenging considering the brief and what the client had in mind, not withstanding, it was a success without limiting or minimizing the what the client has in mind.
we where able to come up with two vehicular parking space, and appropriate set back was put in consideration during the design process.
The size of the rooms are not sub-standard despite the size of the site (100ft x 50ft which is 30000mm X 15000mm).
